As summer fades and the cooler months approach, we gather around the practice of slow medicine ~ crafting fire cider and learning to work with kitchen herbs as protectors, allies, and tools of tradition.
In this immersive class, we’ll explore the history and energetics of fire cider, how to make and customize your own batch, and ways to integrate it into your seasonal routines. You’ll learn about immune and digestive support, folk tonic variations, and the deeper meaning behind this pungent, powerful blend.
