Shipping Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025 Rosewood Studios / Rosewood Apotheca Rosewood Studios is a small, independent business offering handmade, small-batch herbal products through Rosewood Apotheca. We are committed to shipping your orders promptly and with care. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days after payment is received. During seasonal product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship orders using United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS), depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not currently available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, your shipping address, and the selected delivery method. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions; these will be clearly noted when available. Delivery Issues and Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:

● Packages that are delayed due to postal service interruptions or inclement weather

● Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

● Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout

 

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend first checking with neighbors or household members, then contacting your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, please email us at hello@rosewoodstudiosnh.com with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will work with you to correct the error in a timely manner.

Returns and Exchanges Due to the nature of our small-batch, handcrafted herbal products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective, damaged in transit, or an error was made in fulfillment. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for further details.
